Layer
Frameworks and plans are built incrementally, with review and input at each stage. Nothing is finalised in one pass. This iterative approach produces outcomes that genuinely reflect the organisation's situation.
Sustain
The engagement closes only when the organisation can carry the work forward independently. We include a follow-up check-in at three months to confirm this is the case.
